Gent Wevelgem Women 2019 Photos

After spending Friday watching the E3 BinckBank Classic and Saturday riding the Gent-Wevelgem Cyclo, today (Sunday) was spent on the Kemmelberg watching the men and women race Gent-Wevelgem.

The women made two ascents from the easier but still steep and cobbled Belvedere side – named after the hotel on that side of the hill – before eventually heading to Wevelgem for the finish line. The Kemmelberg was the scene of lots of fighting and suffering – both then and today.
